These are the terms and conditions of trade for My Travel Deals situated in “9 Newstead Court, Byron Way Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 6BE, UK.”. No employee or representative of My Travel Deals has the right or liberty to vary these booking terms and Conditions.
Information about our deals and prices may be available on other websites operated by other firms and entities. We do not accept responsibility or bear liability for any advice or deal given to you on any such website, that is not maintained or directly operated by us.

Booking and Payments
The name of the person of whom the booking is being made, has to be over 18 years of age as well as resident of the U.K. at the time of making the booking there will be a declaration of the above details, ensuring that them and all the members included in the booking are of appropriate age in order to purchase these services.
The financial responsibility for making payments for the above bookings also lies on the first named person who is making the booking. This person guaranteed the booking payment as well as the total cost of the holiday. Besides the clients making use of one of our Low holiday deposits offers, there has to be a deposit made at the time of booking. This or the entire payment of the holiday, whatever is payable at the time of the booking, as per the terms of that particular deal.
Kindly note that the amount for deposit payable is subject to change without any notice, depending on the airline/country that you’re planning to travel to. The deposit payable will be disclosed to you at the time of booking. If there are any increases, you may be contacted up to 72 hours you have the booking. There will be a due date notified to you, by which you need to make the remaining payment for the trip. Usually this will be at least 10 days before your trip. It may be sooner in some cases and you need to clarify and note these things while making the booking.
In case the complete amount isn’t paid in due time, the company reserves the right to treat you booking as cancelled as well as retain the initial deposit made by you. There may be no reminders sent to you to make the due payments, you need to keep a track and do it on time on your own account. When we have received your payment in full, there will be a final and biding contract between you and the company. This is when you will receive the booking confirmation from our side, confirming the details of your travel. The same will be sent to you by your travel agent.
Any money paid to an authorised agent of ours in respect of a booking covered by our ATOL is held by that agent on behalf of and in lieu of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust always. However subject to the agent’s obligation to pay it to us till the time we do not fail financially.
If we happen to fail financially, any money held at that time by the agent or subsequently accepted from the consumer by the agent, is and continues to be held by that agent on behalf of and for the benefit of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust without any compulsion to pay that money to us.
You may make payment by debit or credit card.
Financial Protection
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
